| The Philippine Tourism Authority (PTA) is in receipt of an unsolicited proposal for the purchase of the Pagsanjan Garden Resort, located in Bo. Pinagsanjan, Pagsanjan, Laguna. |

| The PTA is now inviting interested parties to submit comparative or competitive proposals for the same purpose. |

| The proposals should include the following, to wit: |
| |
| a. Company profile; |
| b. Business plan; |
| c. Proof of financial capacity to undertake the proposal; and |
| d. Proposed terms and conditions. |
| |
| Proposals should be submitted not later than end of business hours on August 29, 2008 at the BAC Secretariat located at Room 621, 6th floor, Department of Tourism Building, T.M. | The PTA reserves the right to reject any and all proposal. |

| Evaluation of proposals will be in accordance with applicable provision of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 6957, as amended. |
